Health Care Transactional, Regulatory, and Litigation Expertise As a physician/attorney, I counsel physicians and other healthcare professionals, including dentists, physical therapists, chiropractors, occupational and speech therapists, psychologists, alternative medicine providers, optometrists, and others, in transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. I assist clients on a wide variety of strategic matters, including affiliations and alliances with other providers and entities; acquisitions and mergers; development of internal ancillary services; and establishing concierge practices. I assist in providing regulatory and compliance advice to clients ranging from small practices to national health care companies and international biopharmaceutical firms. I have been counseling clients in eHealth, telehealth, and telemedicine for over 30 years.
