I have been practicing family law for eighteen years, with a focus on litigation, collaborative law, and mediation. A percentage of my practice is dedicated to pro bono legal services. I handle a wide range of family law matters from inception through trial, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation and nullity; dissolution of domestic partnerships; parentage; child custody and visitation rights; child support; spousal support; property division; domestic and international move-aways; domestic violence and civil harassment; palimony; post-judgment proceedings; as well as drafting and negotiating Prenuptial Agreements, Postmarital Agreements and Marital Settlement Agreements. I have experience as Minor's Counsel and in Dependency Court matters. I am committed to finding the best possible solutions for my clients, whether through negotiation, settlement, or trial.
