I am a dedicated leader in the legal profession and higher education, focused on fostering belonging, achievement, and impactful outcomes for students and professionals. As the Director of Belonging, Achievement, and Impact at BYU Law School, I work at the intersection of student success and professional identity formation. My goal is to create environments where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. With extensive experience in global legal practices and DEIB, I provide counsel to companies, educational institutions, startups, nonprofits, multinationals, and religious organizations. My expertise includes compliance, global strategies, employment, retention, and immigration law. From organizing transformative forums to addressing systemic challenges in the profession, I strive to build communities that prioritize dignity, civility, and opportunity.
