My objective is to help my clients resolve their disputes in the most efficient manner as possible.First I try as hard as I can to settle the matter. Throughout my 35 year career, I have probably settled about 90% of my cases. My extensive experience as a mediator has helped me develop an ability to settle difficult cases. However, when it becomes apparent that a matter is not going to settle, I can and will litigate the case and if necessary, bring it to trial as quickly as possible. I have extensive trial experience. I have tried many family law and probate matters. So, if a reasonable settlement cannot be reached, litigation is the next best option.Clients are heavily involved in determining which way they wish to proceed.
