Nationwide practice focused on complex litigation including data breach and privacy litigation, consumer class actions, and sexual abuse liability. I have represented consumers in many of the nation’s largest data breach class actions, including lawsuits against Target, the Home Depot, Anthem Insurance, Marriott, Equifax and T-Mobile, recovering more than $2 billion for victims of data breach and privacy violations. My representation also includes victims of sexual abuse in civil cases against their perpetrators and other negligent parties. I am currently representing travel nurses and other healthcare workers who were subject to “take-it-or-leave-it” pay-rate reductions in the middle of their contracts.
