The majority of my practice involves civil litigation in cases ranging from family law matters, personal injury prosecutions, commercial litigation, corporate and business entity counseling, estate planning and guardianship matters. I handle every aspect of civil cases from interviewing witnesses, preparing pleadings, preparing and defending dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, conducting oral argument, preparing and arguing pretrial motions, litigating trials, preparing post-trial motions, conducting post trial arguments, writing appellate briefs, and arguing cases before appellate courts. I represent criminal defendants in cases ranging from first-degree assault to violation of peace and protective orders. I also represent clients before administrative tribunals.
