Further, within my role as a US immigration law attorney, I assist employers in compliance with immigration laws, particularly as related to hiring of foreign nationals, avoiding discrimination claims, conducting internal audits and representing employers in response to governmental audits or investigations. Finally, with a commitment to equal rights and opportunities, I serve on boards of non-profit entities focused on women’s rights, immigrants’ rights, equal access to justice and educational development of under-served communities.
