Licensed in Illinois and Michigan, I enjoy working with businesses to bring the best out of their workforce. I try to provide a pragmatic approach to employment counseling, in hopes of reducing risk to businesses. On a daily basis, I field questions from clients across industries on issues like drafting employment contracts, policies and handbooks; onboarding and terminations; employee classifications and leave requirements; wage and hour issues; and training. My employment litigation experience includes discrimination and retaliation claims, Equal Pay Act claims, violations of non-compete agreements, and wage and hour disputes. I believe in establishing long-term relationships to fully understand the culture and goals of the business.
