Ashley Egerer

Ashley Dorris Egerer is a partner of Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP and is licensed to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. Ashley oversees the Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. In her position she provides counseling for HR directors and general counsel on all issues ranging from recruiting and hiring employees, to wage and hour laws, to disciplining and terminating employees. She also represents employers in all employment related civil litigation issues and before the Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Ashley also maintains a very active general liability practice, counseling and representing her clients on issues arising out of all types of premises liability matters from contractual rights and indemnity issues to defending homeowners, business owners and property owners in civil litigation. Ashley is a former Chair of the USLAW Women’s Connection practice group, a group that provides a forum for women lawyers to collaborate, develop and advance the status of women involved in civil litigation through the strengthening of personal and professional relationships. This group serves women clients who hail from a cross-section of industries and seek a networking environment that includes leading attorneys, businesswomen and leaders from around the country. Ashley is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – emphasis in Marketing.
