About Arthur Chenen
Arthur Chenen has over forty years of experience representing clients in the Health Care industry in litigation and transactional matters. His clients include hospitals, health systems, major health plans, medical associations, and medical staffs, individual physicians and physician groups. Mr. Chenen regularly and successfully litigates in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, insurance coverage, medical group disputes and dissolutions, peer review, and wrongful termination. He also forms medical groups and partnerships and represents individuals and medical groups in the purchase and sale of medical practices. And, he serves as a hearing officer/arbitrator in medical staff peer review disputes. A notable presenter, Mr. Chenen has given over seventy-five talks on a wide range of Health Care topics to numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys, the California Medical Association, the California Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the National Health Lawyers Association, and the UCLA School of Medicine. He has also authored over sixty-five articles on Health Law.
