About Ariella Feingold
I serve as management-side employment counsel for large and small companies, public and private, providing them with advice on a wide array of employment-related matters, including issues regarding discrimination and harassment, leave of absence and accommodation requests, wage and hour compliance, performance management and discipline, non-competition agreements, reductions in force, and complying with state and federal discrimination laws. I also undertake internal investigations and represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. In addition, I regularly assist companies in drafting all employment-related documents, including employment agreements, severance agreements, and retention agreements, and I conduct trainings on topics including sexual harassment and discrimination avoidance.
