Ariel Cannon

I’m a first chair trial lawyer who successfully represents companies and individuals from a wide range of industries in trials and arbitrations. I also advise corporate boards and board committees in internal and regulatory investigations, and counsel companies on compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. I’m particularly well known for my expertise in employment matters, which make up a significant part of my practice. I represent parties in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, theft of trade secrets, misappropriation of confidential information, and executive compensation. I also investigate and defend against a wide range of employment discrimination claims and other alleged unlawful employment practices. My litigation practice frequently involves complex contractual issues. For example, I recently conducted a state court jury trial involving breach of contract claims in an eight-figure insurance dispute. I also counsel companies on contractual matters across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and financial services.
