Anthony Zaller

I am the founding partner of Zaller Law Group, PC, and an active advisor, investor, and board member across multiple companies in the hospitality, technology, and professional services sectors. I am also a co-founder of Scaled Comp, a workforce data analytics platform that transforms complex employment class action and PAGA data into clear, strategic insights for employers and their counsel. In addition, I serve as general counsel, board member, and founding partner of Prosper Company, which hosts two leadership conferences each year for hospitality executives and operators. Through my law practice, I advise and defend California employers navigating the state’s complex employment and business laws. With more than 20 years of experience in employment defense litigation, I have represented companies across industries—including restaurant and hospitality, tech, hotel, and professional services—in wage and hour class and PAGA actions, wrongful termination, harassment, unfair competition, and related business disputes. Beyond litigation, I work closely with owners and executive teams on proactive compliance, compensation strategy, and operational risk management. My work with Scaled Comp reflects a broader focus of my practice: helping employers move from reactive legal defense toward data-driven decision-making, scalable systems, and practical alignment between legal compliance and day-to-day operations.
