About Anthony Schumann
As a partner and Chair of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer P.A.'s Government Enforcement & Corporate Internal Investigations practice group, I help corporate, governmental, and individual clients understand the complexities of federal and state litigation. I also have extensive experience to perform confidential internal investigations of regulatory violations and corporate compliance issues that may involve suspected fraud or other criminal acts; search and seizure; privacy; security; and employment related issues. As a trial lawyer for 30 years, I have participated in over 150 civil and criminal trials and evidentiary hearings. I am typically retained to approach a case from the prospective of whether the law and evidence presented to a judge or jury, will result in a favorable client outcome. This approach may require extensive investigation and legal research; expert consultation; motion practice; preparation of trial witnesses, testimony and exhibits; and persuasive arguments to the judge or jury. Most importantly, trials are about the ability to credibly tell your client's story. Through efficient and creative trial preparation, I am able to leverage favorable settlement outcomes at a reasonable cost.
