About Anthony Chiosso
After 12 years of litigating personal injury claims for the defense, I decided it was time to take my knowledge and experience and use it to help people who have been physically injured or had their lives deeply affected by their landlords. I represent people who have been injured due to the negligence of others, including in car accidents, truck accidents, accidents on commercial and residential property, dog bites and attacks, dangerous food challenges, neck and back injuries, brain injuries, and in many other situations. I also represent residential tenants when their landlords or property managers don't hold up their end of the bargain. These situations often arise from habitability violations, illegal units, retaliatory evictions (where the landlord has attempted to get you to move out after you have complained to them), constructive evictions (where the situation in your unit is so bad you are forced to move out) and numerous other housing violations. We refer people who have been served with a wrongful detainer complaint (eviction) to other counsel or to free and low-cost services.
