Annette Tyman

As the Chair of the Firm's People Analytics practice group, I advise employers on artificial intelligence, AI governance, people analytics, pay equity, and workforce decision-making. I partner with employers to navigate the legal, compliance, and practical challenges presented by emerging technologies and evolving workplace regulations. I also advise and counsel federal and state government contractors on compliance and audit defense, including regulatory and policy developments affecting diversity initiatives, hiring practices, and workforce management. I am an experienced litigator in a wide range of employment discrimination matters, with an emphasis on complex, collective, class action, and multi-plaintiff litigation.
