Anne Beaumont

My practice focuses on representing investment and asset management firms, their managers and investors, and other financial services firms in litigation and disputes as well as regulatory and criminal investigations and enforcement matters. I have extensive experience in matters involving complex financial transactions and products, including liability management exercises, derivatives, and structured products. I also have significant first-chair trial experience, including most recently in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. I also counsel and train financial services industry clients on legal compliance, due diligence, and other issues, and advise both individuals and institutions on employment and separation issues. In addition to my active litigation practice, I serve on the firm's Management Committee.
