Anna Romanskaya

Anna is a Partner with Stark & D’Ambrosio, LLP and manages the firm’s family law division. She represents clients in all aspects of family law, including pre and post marital agreements, dissolution, child custody, child and spousal support, property division and post judgment issues. Anna is renowned for her advocacy for her clients and her collegial relationship with her opposing counsels and the court. Anna is regarded as one of the leading family law practitioners in San Diego by both her clients and her peers. Anna's background in crisis intervention and victim advocacy distinguishes her from her peers. She currently serves as a Commissioner on the American Bar Association's distinguished Commission on Domestic and Sexual Violence, which focuses on increased access to justice for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. Among her accolades, Anna has been recognized as Best of the Bar by the San Diego Business Journal and as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers consecutively since 2015. In 2014, Anna was invited to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a distinction reserved for one-third of 1% of licensed attorneys. In 2021, Anna was recognized as a Women of Influence in Law by the San Diego Business Journal. Anna is a past board member and Vice President of Public Relations for Lawyers Club of San Diego, an organization whose mission is the advancement of women in the profession. She is also a past board member and Vice President of the San Diego County Bar Association. In 2017, Anna was recognized for her contribution to the community by her alma matter, Thomas Jefferson School of Law, by being awarded the Outstanding Service to the Community Award. In 2016-2017, Anna Chaired the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association (ABA), which is the premier legal organization in the world. The ABA YLD is the largest Division of the ABA, with membership spanning over 185,000 members nation-wide. She currently serves as a Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates, which is the policy making body of the ABA. Anna is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara where she double-majored in Political Science and Law and Society and received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
