Ann Knuth

Ann is an experienced management side labor and employment attorney. She counsels employers on all aspects of the employment relationship from hire to termination. A seasoned litigator, Ann defends employers in state and federal court litigation against allegations of discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, breach of contract and statutory violations, including wage and hour class and collective actions. She also represents employers in administrative actions before the EEOC, DOL, OCRC and other similar state agencies. Ann both enforces, and defends against enforcement of, restrictive covenants and trade secret protection in state and federal courts. In an era where few employment attorneys have labor experience, Ann represents management in all phases of labor relations including union organizing drives, representation elections, initial and successor contract negotiations, grievance resolution, NLRB charges, and strike/picketing disputes. With 25 years of immigration law experience, Ann advises clients on I-9 compliance, I-9 audits, and responses to Immigration and Customs Enforcement Notices of Inspection.
