Anish Desai

Mr. Desai received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Desai interned with the Honorable Linda Carpenter in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Drexel University Pennoni Honors College, where he graduated magna cum laude. Prior to joining Berman Voss, Mr. Desai practiced in the Workers' Compensation department of a regional firm in Philadelphia, defending all aspects of workers' compensation matters across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Desai currently serves as a Vice-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Committee of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
