About Angela Nevarez
I am an employment attorney with significant experience litigating cases in California and Pennsylvania. I represent employers of all sizes in an array of employment law matters arising under state and federal law including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims. As a strategic partner, I also focus my practice on providing advice to employers on best practices governing the life cycle of the employer-employee relationship in an effort to keep their workplace issues out of the courtroom. To that end, I routinely offer proactive counseling coupled with workplace training sessions on a variety of topics. Passionate about the advancement of people from diverse backgrounds in the legal profession and giving back to our communities, I dedicate my free time to mentoring and supporting organizations that create opportunities for practicing and aspiring lawyers from underrepresented groups.
