Trial lawyer with extensive history with high publicity cases. Have won cases at expense of going to jail for client and taken on the smug and self congratulatory and on occasion taken on the Judiciary Branch itself. I do criminal defense, domestic, personal injury, probate and have a general practice. I have argued a number of Constitutional issues including the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, gaining the first interpretation of the 1820 Maine Constitution. I also am a painter and writer.
