I am a leading labor and employment lawyer who handles high-profile and high-stakes workplace matters for clients across a wide variety of industries, including in the tech, life sciences, financial services, education, sports, and nonprofit industries. I have significant experience investigating workplace misconduct claims, conducting civil rights audits and comprehensive reviews of workplace culture, helping employers address demands to create more respectful and inclusive workplaces, and advising organizations on how to implement effective and compliant DEI initiatives. I have represented management clients in employment matters in state and federal court proceedings, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies. I counsel clients on matters involving issues of non-competition agreements, pay equity, background checks, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, leaves of absence, AI in the workplace, and complying with state and federal discrimination and wage and hour laws. I also assist clients in preparing and revising employment-related documents, including handbooks, harassment and discrimination policies, investigation procedures, employment agreements, severance agreements, and other workplace policies, and I conduct seminars on topics including sexual harassment and discrimination avoidance.
