Andrew Ozete

Andrew C. Ozete’s practice is centered on banking and creditor’s rights. His practice includes bankruptcy, State Court, and negotiated workout solutions. Andy has represented financial institutions, trade creditors, and debtors in business workouts, loan restructurings, and Chapter 11 cases. In addition to his creditor’s rights experience, Andy serves clients with commercial leasing, general contract, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property needs. Andy advises institutional clients and small business owners in a wide range of matters, and serves in general counsel capacity for various clients. Andy is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and creditor's rights issues. He provides information, training and education to local business groups as well as local and state-wide attorney legal education organizations. Andy is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois, and appears for clients in Bankruptcy Courts in other jurisdictions as necessary.
