Fueled by a desire to make an impact on the communities through non-adversarial mediation services rather than pursuing the high-conflict path of litigation, Andrew went on to complete his Masters in Dispute Resolution in 2018, and eventually founded the Lerner Conflict Resolution Center in 2021. During his practice as a professional mediator, Andrew has helped hundreds of clients address and overcome a wide range of conflicts in his specialty areas of divorce and family law mediation, estate planning and probate mediation, elder mediation, civil small claims mediation, and community resolution services.
