Frankel joined Chime in August 2023, bringing with him over 30 years of corporate law experience in highly regulated and diverse businesses, such as investment management, investment banking, and freight transportation. Adam has significant experience developing and executing on strategic M&A transactions, IPOs, joint ventures, new product and business launches, regulatory compliance, governance, litigation, and risk management. He has a proven track record of creating and evolving robust legal and compliance frameworks that support a company's growth and innovation. He also works closely with the executive team and the board of directors to align the legal strategy with the business vision and values. Adam's mission is to provide Chime with the best legal advice and guidance, while protecting its interests and reputation in the industry. Adam is admitted to practice in NY and is a Registered In-House Counsel in California.
