Before joining McKenna Storer, Andrew was General Counsel of ServiceMaster Clean, a leader in the franchising industry. He worked for over 18 years in the Law Department of The ServiceMaster Company, a company with global operations and a member of the Fortune 500. Andrew handled a wide variety of legal matters in corporate and commercial law — areas he now practices in at McKenna Storer. As a corporate/commercial generalist, his experience includes contract drafting and interpretation–both domestic and international, commercial litigation, handling commercial real estate transactions, construction matters, franchising, intellectual property issues, conducting internal investigations, loan workouts and corporate finance, among other matters.
