About Andres Berrio
Andres Berrio was born in New York City and currently resides in South Florida. He earned a degree in Biological Science from Florida Atlantic University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law. During his academic journey, Andres gained invaluable practical experience through a Judicial Clerkship with Civil Court Administrative Chief Judge George A. Brescher and a Federal Internship with the U.S. Attorney's Office, which enriched his expertise in civil litigation. Throughout his career, Andres has handled significant cases, including the 1999 Cubana Airplane Crash, the 2001 American Airlines Flight 587 Crash, and most recently, the 2022 Aero Mexico crash. His dedication and skill have led to the successful negotiation of multi-million dollar settlements for his clients. Andres is an active member of several prestigious legal associations, including the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group reserved for the top 1% of trial lawyers who have achieved million-dollar verdicts and settlements. He is also a proud member of the Hispanic Bar Association.
