Andre Sesler

As Capital Partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, I bring nearly two decades of legal experience in all manners of civil litigation defense. My work involves providing strategic legal counsel to insurance companies and/or their policyholders, with a focus on general liability, property and casualty, and professional liability insurance defense disputes. A significant portion of my practice also includes the handling of Magnuson-Moss Warranty product defect and Lemon Law defense claims, for a host of global luxury car manufacturers. I am licensed to practice law in Florida and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. My approach centers on delivering informed, diligent client representation throughout the litigation process.
