As a partner with Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein, LLP, I practice primarily in the fields of education law, family law, professional licensing matters, employment law and civil litigation. In my education practice, I represent students of all ages in all areas of education law, including special education, school discipline matters, bullying issues, academic issues, suspensions and expulsions. My family law practice includes cases of divorce, custody, parenting plans, child support, alimony, modification, restraining orders, and guardianship. I assist licensed professionals with matters involving their state licensing boards. I also represent employees, and sometimes, management, in employment related issues, including discrimination and termination cases; and represent professionals in front of various licensing boards.
