About Anastasius Efstratiades
Tassos Efstratiades is a lawyer and co-chair of the Business & Finance Department at Obermayer, a full service law firm. Mr. Efstratiades also chairs the Public Finance Practice Group at the firm. He has extensive experience in complex financial transactions, including public finance, commercial lending and project finance. He has also extensive experience in complex real estate transaction and project development. His knowledge of both finance and development has been a unique tool in his representation of clients in both the real estate and finance industries. Mr. Efstratiades also has experience with affordable housing developments, senior housing and tax credit investments. In addition, he has exensive involvement in civic and community organizations. He has served as chairman of the board of the Camden County Regional Chamber of Commerce and president of the Federation of the Hellenic American Organizations of New Jersey. He served on the New Jersey Health Care Advisory Board and has served as board of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
