I help my business clients achieve their workplace goals. I am a California and Texas licensed employment attorney, practicing in Austin, Texas. I help companies comply with federal and state employment laws, assisting them with issues that arise from hiring to termination. I also defend employers when they are sued, focusing primarily on employment discrimination and harassment lawsuits, wage-and-hour complaints, and non-compete disputes. I also am a workplace trainer. I train executives, managers, and employees on a variety of topics, including creating an inclusive workplace, preventing discrimination and harassment, and protecting intellectual property. I also frequently speak regarding employment-related topics to clients, industry-groups, and other lawyers, including for various SHRM Chapters, the Practising Law Institute, the Association of Corporate Counsel, myLAWCLE, and TexasBarCLE.
