About Amie Scully
I am the Founder and CEO of Students Without Limits (SWOL), a San Diego-based nonprofit dedicated to providing legal, continuing education and mental health support to immigrant and first-generation students. For more than 14 years, SWOL has worked directly inside high schools to guide students and families through complex immigration and higher education systems. Our work has helped dramatically increase early FAFSA submissions, expand access to financial aid, and build long-term pathways to college for students navigating fear, uncertainty, and systemic barriers. In 2025, SWOL was honored as Organization of the Year for its impact in advancing educational equity in our region. I am also an experienced California attorney. Throughout my career, I have worked at national law firms and advised companies and organizations on risk and workplace practices. I have also delivered thousands of presentations as an attorney and as CEO of SWOL. My focus today is on supporting immigrant youth and families during periods of heightened immigration enforcement, education access, public speaking and community engagement, and strategic advisory support for schools and organizations.
