About Amanda Luftman
I am the Managing Partner of BOL Law, along with my law school classmates from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. As an employment lawyer, I enjoy an active “advice and counsel” practice and I routinely counsel clients regarding employment matters. I also deploy preventative counseling, practical business solutions, and advise on employee disciplinary actions and other workplace matters. My practice also includes the drafting and negotiating of employment agreements, company policies, and employee handbooks. I am fortunate to represent employees on their way in to the employment relationship and on their exit - often in their efforts to achieve more favorable separation terms. I love being "on both sides" of the employment relationship and I use it to my advantage whenever I can!
