About Amanda Lowe
My practice centers around counseling businesses and fiduciaries, as well as representing them in litigated matters before federal and state courts, administrative tribunals and appellate courts. I am especially passionate about fiduciary law and obligations (corporate, not-for-profit, and trusts/estates), education law (especially Title IX), labor & employment (including internal investigations and DEI initiatives), and risk mitigation. At Phillips Lytle, I am a leader of our Education Practice Team, Trusts & Estate Litigation Team, and founder of the Firm's Women's Litigation Forum. My practice also includes: commercial litigation, breach of contract, class action, bad faith insurance claims, sexual harassment and abuse, government operations, healthcare litigation, data security, and personal injury.
