I practice in all areas of employment and labor law defense with an emphasis in employment litigation and management training. I have represented a broad range of employers in employment and traditional labor matters, specializing in single plaintiff cases, class action litigation and Wage and Hour Compliance litigation. In addition to representing companies during the litigation process, I also partner with them to create and employ strategies for litigation avoidance in the labor and employment sector.
