I practice employment litigation and consulting. I am a trial attorney. I represent employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including but not limited to: Wrongful Termination, Harassment, including sexual harassment and hostile work environment claims; Wage and Hour claims; Defense of class action and PAGA claims, and whistleblower claims. I also have been providing employment advice and counsel to my clients for many years. I assist in navigating issues in the workplace to ensure my clients avoid litigation. I have drafted hundreds of workplace policies, revised over 300 employee handbooks, conduct sexual harassment training, conduct third party workplace investigations, and assist with handling interactive process/accommodation issues. I have experience handling administrative claims before State and Federal Agencies, including, Cal/OSHA, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (the Labor Commissioner), the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing, and the EEOC.
