About Allison Dundas
Allison Ann Dundas is a Certified Family Law Specialist in the area of Family Law with nearly 20 years of experience and a shareholder at Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel, Inc. Prior to joining Hoge Fenton, Allison practiced family law at Morgan Tidalgo Sukhodrev & Azzolino LLP, Harris & Fraser, Hanson Crawford Crum Family Law Group in San Mateo, and worked as a research attorney for the California Superior Court, Santa Clara County, Family Law Division. Allison is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut (retired), and California. Allison's practice focuses exclusively on family law matters, from initial consultations to settlement or trial. She is experienced in representing clients through all phases of family law litigation, from discovery and fact gatherings through trial, and has on matters before private judges and in the public courthouse. Allison acts as a judge pro tem and is also trained in collaborative law, minors counsel, and mediation.
