After holding Partner positions in large, nationally-known law firms in New York City, tapped to work for the U.S. Government as Deputy General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Washington, D.C. As Deputy General Counsel, managed various legal divisions and acted as chief legal and operations officer for the NLRB. Led legal and multidisciplinary teams in numerous legal and operational projects. Experienced in handling domestic, international and cross-border legal matters and transactions.
