Alfred Feliu

For over thirty-five years I have represented clients in all aspects of employment law and in commercial matters. Clients benefit from my earlier experience as a federal judicial clerk and attorney representing management clients at large, international law firms, most notably Paul Hastings. I have always focused on finding solutions to clients’ legal issues and business disputes rather than on promoting adversarial options. It is no coincidence that my first book, published by BNA Books in 1988, was entitled Resolving Employment Disputes Without Litigation. In 1998, I co-founded Vandenberg & Feliu, heading its Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution practices and representing both individuals and organizations. Reflecting my related but nonetheless distinct practices, in June 2016 I established FELIU NEUTRAL SERVICES, LLC, and the LAW OFFICE OF ALFRED G. FELIU, PLLC. My arbitration, mediation, and independent investigation practice will be conducted under the Feliu Neutral Services umbrella. I will also continue to practice law, which I believe enhances my neutral practice by keeping me engaged in new developments and the realities of the legal practice. For this reason, I formed the Law Office of Alfred G. Feliu, PLLC, through which, along with my colleague Rebecca Myers, Esq., we will counsel clients – both individuals and organizations – on a broad array of employment and commercial matters.
