I am an experienced practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the criminal law and immigration practice. For more than thirty years, I have built up extensive experience at both state, federal and immigration practice. I have defended clients in hundreds of state cases, in cases before the federal courts, federal agencies, the Immigration Courts and the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I have also zealously and successfully defended people charged with state and federal criminal offenses at all stages of criminal proceedings.
