In the wage and hour context, I have built a reputation representing tipped and minimum wage workers at casinos securing settlements worth more than $70 million for these workers, including: $12.5 million settlement of tip credit claims for minimum wage workers at two MGM casinos. $9.8 million settlement of tip credit and wage deduction claims for minimum wage workers at three Rush Street Gaming casinos (representing 104% of unpaid minimum wages). $6 million settlement of tip credit and wage deduction claims for workers at Wind Creek casino. $5.5 million settlement of tip credit and overtime claims for tipped workers at Rivers Casino Schenectady. Approximately $4.5 million in settlements of tip credit, overtime, and wage deduction settlements for workers at three Tropicana casino properties. $3.05 million settlement of minimum wage claims for workers at Live! Casino. In the product liability context, I obtained a settlement worth $56 million in cash and products for Jackson County and a certified class of Missouri government entities to remove and replace Trinity Industries’ 4-inch ET Plus guardrail end terminal from Missouri roads. These devices had been removed from MoDOT's approved product list and were linked to serious injuries and death at the time Jackson County filed its lawsuit in 2015. Missouri Lawyers Media recognized this result as a top three settlement in the State of Missouri in 2022. I also have significant experience representing highly-compensated executives in severance, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters.
