I am a trial lawyer focusing on disputes concerning cross-border transactions, regulated industries, and technology. I have litigated a variety of cases involving trade secrets and non-competes, shareholder rights, lending and investments, breaches of contract, and fraud. Many of my cases involve disputes arising out of cross-border investments in various complex instruments, digital assets and companies' digitization of their workforces and operations. I often work closely with foreign law-firms to execute multi-jurisdictional strategies for clients, and my experience includes arbitration and litigation in state and federal courts.
