About Alexander Lubarsky
I have been a practicing litigator and electronic evidence consultant, instructor and author for two decades and I have been involved in IP management solutions as well. I help corporate legal departments of all sizes manage their electronic discovery and/or active patent and trademark assets. I have spoken on the topic of legal software and electronic discovery best practices at over seventy-five key industry events nationally and internationally. I have authored on this subject in several publications. I recently co-authored the (CEB) book on internet law. I have taught at the university level and I have been an attorney for over twenty-five years. I have litigated before the Ninth Circuit, Fourth Circuit, California Superior Court, District Court, EOIR, BIA and Bankruptcy Court. I have provided expert testimony in various high profile litigation matters. I am certified and/or trained in several key applications including but not limited to eDiscovery Point, Summation, Salesforce, Concordance, CaseMap, Introspect, EnCase, Soectra and others.
