About Alexander Dovermann
As the Game Director for Bestiarum Studio LLC, I am responsible for leading a talented team of game developers in creating top-quality tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) products. With a focus on 5th edition (5e) and other popular game systems, we strive to create immersive and engaging gaming experiences that challenge players' creativity and strategic thinking. I bring over a decade of experience in the gaming industry to my role, including game design, project management, and team leadership. I have a passion for creating games that captivate players and transport them to new worlds, whether they are exploring the depths of a dungeon or engaging in epic battles with otherworldly creatures. In my current role, I collaborate closely with designers, writers, and artists to create compelling game mechanics, captivating storylines, and stunning visuals. I am also responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Prior to joining Bestiarum Studio as the director of gaming, I worked as an independent game designer, where I developed rules systems and content for popular TTRPGs like Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder. Before making the jump to my passion, I worked for several years as an attorney in Los Angeles, California! I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to push the boundaries of TTRPG design.
