Alex Wallin

I represent businesses and individuals in commercial, government contract, antitrust, and product liability litigation, as well as mediations and arbitrations. I litigate multi-party, trade secret, contract, First Amendment, eminent domain, and various other complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. I litigate on behalf of government contractors and regularly counsel corporate clients on all aspects of antitrust law. I represent defense clients as national counsel in toxic tort litigation. I am also a member of Taft’s White Collar Criminal Defense group, assisting clients with internal investigations and advocating for clients involved in criminal prosecutions and investigations.My work in Antitrust Law, Commercial Litigation, and Product Liability Litigation—Defendants has been recognized; I am listed in Best Lawyers ® “Ones to Watch” and have been since 2020. In 2017, I participated in Class XXI of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL). CALL focuses on practical, professional, and ethical issues facing local attorneys.I am licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and in multiple United States District Courts.
