I am an experienced litigator and trial attorney who is licensed in both California and Texas. I have extensive experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate and construction issues and have represented all sides of these types of actions, including developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners. I work with clients at all stages of a project, from site planning and drafting contract and project documents, through building, sales, and even construction defect actions. I also help clients to develop risk management strategy and dispute resolution prior to the initiation of litigation.
