About Alan Feldman
For more than 30 years, I have dedicated myself to securing verdicts and settlements in serious personal injury and class action cases. My practice encompasses auto defect (crashworthiness) cases, medical malpractice litigation, class actions on behalf of consumers, and other significant personal injury matters. I have secured successful outcomes in a variety of practice areas, including claims against HMOs and health insurance companies for fraudulent medical care (profiled on the TV program Dateline NBC), recoveries against auto manufacturers for failing to incorporate essential safety devices in their vehicles, awards for the families of Philadelphia firemen killed in the line of duty, and a $1 million verdict for a client improperly denied a jackpot by an Atlantic City casino. I was elected to serve as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2006 and during my tenure introduced the "Raising the Bar" campaign, which has secured millions of dollars to help provide free legal services to the needy. I have served as President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and am certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a division of the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification.
