Adriana Alcalde

Adriana Alcalde is a partner at Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, a civil rights litigation firm that handles cases for survivors of sex crimes, child sexual abuse, and sexual harassment. She has over 20 years of experience as an attorney, representing victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, police misconduct, and child sex abuse survivors. She is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and Washington D.C. Before joining Eisenberg & Baum, LLP in 2019, Adriana Alcalde was a prosecutor with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in Florida, where she worked in various units, including Homicide, Sex Crimes, Public Corruption, and Domestic Violence. She prosecuted individuals charged with murder, capital sexual battery, lewd molestation, computer crimes, and other offenses. She never lost a murder trial and successfully convicted police officers and public officials accused of corruption. She also taught law school seminars, spoke at conferences, and commented on national and local media on legal issues and her cases. She is passionate about seeking justice for her clients and holding perpetrators accountable.
