Adele Reesterv

adele's law practice is primarily devoted to the representation of institutional clients, including special districts and school districts throughout the state of colorado. in this capacity, adele counsels and defends clients regarding negotiations of collective bargaining agreements with unions; labor and employment matters; the powers and duties of boards of education and boards of directors; policy development; tabor; and most other aspects of law related to the operations of the governmental entities. adele advises clients in other day-to-day matters such as policy, human resources, and administration. she has also been named as an expert in a federal employment law case. she also practices in the area of state and local liquor licensing. prior to joining the firm in 2001, adele was a law clerk to the honorable roxanne bailin, recently retired chief judge of the 20th judicial district of colorado, and was an assistant city attorney for the city of loveland. in january of 2008, adele became a shareholder at the firm. adele is a member of the boulder county and colorado bar associations. as an education attorney, she is a member of the colorado association of school board’s (casb) attorney council and also serves as a member on cabs's legislative council. she is a past president of casb’s attorney council and remains active in the organization.
